You know how sometimes you want to say something petty, or do something destructive and counter-productive because you’re acting on extremely negative emotions and impulses.

You know how much strength it takes to take control, reasonably and mindfully of your actions.

You know how much you should be proud every time you prevent yourself from doing or saying something you will regret?

A lot.
